Tell Me for Watch Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Tell Me for Watch and are intended to supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/macapps/stdeula/. To the extent Apple’s standard terms apply through the App Store, those terms remain in effect.

Artificial intelligence caution: Tell Me for Watch uses artificial intelligence and related backend services to generate responses. AI-generated responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. Do not rely on Tell Me for Watch for critical purposes, including medical, legal, financial, safety, emergency, or professional decisions.

General use

Tell Me for Watch provides general information and convenience features through Apple Watch. It is designed for quick spoken answers and brief follow-up, not for professional advice, emergency assistance, or high-stakes decision-making.

Responses from Tell Me for Watch are not medical, legal, financial, therapeutic, engineering, safety, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before acting on information involving health, law, finances, safety, or similarly important matters.

User responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating responses before relying on them. You should independently verify important information from authoritative sources. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, regulated data, or emergency requests.

Subscriptions

A monthly subscription includes up to 500 requests each month. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple and the App Store under Apple’s applicable terms.

Extra request packs

Extra request packs are available as consumable purchases. Extra requests never expire and are used after included monthly requests are exhausted. Request availability may depend on successful purchase verification and backend service availability.

Service availability

Tell Me for Watch depends on network connectivity, Apple services, and backend services. The service may be delayed, unavailable, interrupted, or changed. Responses may not always be generated successfully.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tell Me for Watch to support unlawful activity, harm, harassment, abuse, deception, emergency response, or submission of sensitive, confidential, or regulated information.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Tell Me for Watch after an update means you accept the updated terms.
