Tell Me for Watch Privacy Policy

Tell Me for Watch is an Apple Watch app that sends user requests to backend services in order to generate text and spoken answers. This policy explains the information used by the app and backend.

Information processed

When you make a request, Tell Me for Watch processes the text of your question, a backend account identifier, request status information, and technical information needed to return an answer and audio response.

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscription and request-pack purchases are handled by Apple. Tell Me for Watch receives purchase transaction information needed to verify purchases, maintain subscription status, and credit request packs.

CloudKit and account identity

Tell Me for Watch may use an Apple-provided CloudKit user record identifier to associate requests, subscription status, and request balances with the app installation/account.

Third-party processing

Requests may be processed by backend AI, text generation, search, speech, or audio services used to produce the answer. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, or emergency requests.

Retention

Tell Me for Watch stores account status, subscription status, request balances, and purchase ledger information as needed to operate the service, prevent duplicate grants, and provide support.

Children

Tell Me for Watch is not directed to children and should not be used to submit personal information about children.
